MGMT - Congratulations
The Brooklyn duo, MGMT, started playing music together in college (the rumor is they were never trying to start a band) then quickly scored a spot on tour supporting Of Montreal and a deal with Columbia Records.

Warpaint - Exquisite Corpse
The tubes of the intarwebz do not contain very much information about Warpaint. They are an unsigned band from California consisting of three girls and a guy that recently self-released a five song EP called Exquisite Corpse. The girls play the bass and two guitars and they all contribute to the vocals while the guy plays the drums.
